Morning and evening are two different days here.
A first Sunday is not a hard day the way the middle Saturday is, but it does not stay easy either. It fills steadily through the morning, sits full over lunch, and gives room back in the evening. Arriving at one in the afternoon puts you at the fullest hour of the day with the fewest options.
The decision before you leave your hotel
Pick the half you want. Either be inside before half past nine and hold a lunch table through the busy stretch, or plan for the evening and accept that the middle of the day is not yours. The plan that fails is the one that arrives at lunch expecting the morning.
What to do with that decision
Treat 09:30 as the real deadline.
The weekend arrival window is to be inside by 09:30, not leaving your hotel at 09:30. Doors open at 9:00 and the unreserved tables go in that first hour.
If you are holding a table, hold it.
A walk-in has no wristband, so stepping out of a full tent means starting over in a queue that does not move. Toilets inside the tent count as inside.
Ask what the rest of your trip looks like.
If you also have a weekday on this trip, that is the easier tent day, and Sunday can be the day you see the grounds instead.
These are planning rules, not live occupancy data. Tent access changes during the day; no guide can promise entry.
