What we collect

• At checkout: your email and payment details are collected and processed by Hotmart, our payment platform. We never see your full card number.
• After purchase: your answers to four planning questions (travel date, group, the kind of day you want, budget) and any notes you add, so we can build your Plan.
• If you leave your email on the quiz: only that email address and the four quiz answers, so we can send you the reminder you asked for. You are not buying anything at that point and we do not ask for anything else.
• While you browse: we use Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used, which includes mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages you visit, so we can see where the site is confusing. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser and is not recorded. We also run the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that a visit or a purchase happened so we can measure our advertising.

How we use it

• To deliver your personalized Plan by email;
• To send the Oktoberfest reminder you asked for, if you left your email on the quiz;
• To handle support and refunds;
• To improve the product (aggregate, non-identifying patterns only).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data;
• We don't sell or share your name, email or purchase to advertisers;
• We don't record anything you type into a form, including your email address, in the session recordings;
• We don't email you about anything unrelated to your purchase without consent.

Processors

Hotmart (payments, invoicing, tax) at hotmart.com. GoHighLevel (contact storage and email sending) at gohighlevel.com. n8n, self-hosted by us, which passes form submissions to GoHighLevel. Microsoft Clarity (analytics and session recording) at clarity.microsoft.com. Meta (advertising measurement) at meta.com.

Your rights

Access, correction, or deletion of your data: email support@oktoberfestplanner.online and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Retention

Purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes. Planning answers are kept while the product is active so we can update your Plan if your dates change. Quiz emails are deleted after Oktoberfest 2026 ends, unless you have bought something. Every email we send can be unsubscribed from in one click.
