Refund Policy

Refund on request until October 4, 2026. Change your mind for any reason, at any point up to the last day of Oktoberfest 2026, and you get your $19 back. There is no condition to meet, no form to fill in, and no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Email support@oktoberfestplanner.online from the address you used at checkout, with the subject "Refund". Purchases are processed by Hotmart, and the refund goes back to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to show it.

What this covers

Any reason at all, including simply changing your mind, up to October 4, 2026;
Duplicate or accidental charges;
A Day Plan not delivered by the end of the same day you sent the four question form.

Both PDFs are yours to keep either way. We do not ask you to delete them, and we do not withdraw access.

What this does not cover

Requests made after October 4, 2026, once Oktoberfest 2026 has ended;
Anything beyond the price you paid. This is a $19 digital information product, and the refund is limited to that amount. It is not travel insurance and it does not compensate for trip costs.

What you are buying

Two PDF files: the Wiesn Field Manual, delivered the moment your order goes through, and a personalized Day Plan written by hand and emailed the same day you send your form. Wiesn Ready is an independent digital information product. It is not affiliated with Oktoberfest or the City of Munich, it does not sell or broker table reservations, it does not use live occupancy data, and it cannot guarantee entry to any tent.
